1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 555t ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the 555t website or any associated mobile browser interface, or placing any wager or deposit, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any amendments published subsequently.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the 555t platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of each use.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of the 555t Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• You are using funds that are entirely your own and that have been obtained through lawful means. 555t will not knowingly accept deposits from funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.

555t reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 555t platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 555t employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts determined to be duplicates will be closed and all associated balances, including any bonus funds, will be forfeited without recourse.

Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. 555t may require KYC verification documents including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill at its sole discretion. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes an immediate ground for account closure.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 555t will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such unauthorised use occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 555t immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Your specific obligations include:

• Never sharing your username or password with any third party under any circumstances, including family members.
• Choosing a strong, unique password not used on any other platform, and changing it immediately if you believe it may have been compromised.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enabling OTP-based two-step verification for new device logins where the option is presented to you during the login process.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 555t platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. 555t supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit Policy

555t reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of unusual betting patterns. Withheld funds will be returned to eligible players upon satisfactory resolution of the relevant investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

555t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith for personal use only. 6Betting and Gaming Rules

Players are responsible for verifying all details of a bet — including selection, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. 555t will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error unless a manifest error on our part is demonstrated.

Sports Betting

Cricket, football, and all other sports markets are offered subject to availability. Odds are set by 555t at its sole discretion and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport as published on the Platform at the time of the event. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed on 555t's servers regardless of any delay on the player's device or browser.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting titles, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment streamed in real time. The rules governing each individual game are the rules of that game as defined by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and are displayed within the game interface. 7Prohibited Conduct

• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, proceeds of fraud, or any other unlawful source. This includes using payment accounts belonging to third parties without their express consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 555t customer support staff or other players via any communication channel available on or connected to the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or technical component of the 555t Platform.

555t's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Where 555t has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may take immediate preventative action including account suspension while an investigation is ongoing.

8Responsible Gaming

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and free spin winnings are not withdrawable upon account closure.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555t's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 555t account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 555t shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of a player's use of or inability to use the Platform.

555t makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are advised to maintain up-to-date security software on their devices.

11Privacy and Data Protection

555t collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
